Dr. Petruccelli is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He will work with you to:
-Determine
your goals (i.e. weight loss, muscle gain, improved cardiovasular fitness)
-Create a program to reach
your goals
-Work with you to maintain that program and modifiy it as your
goals
are reached
Many people deny themselves the lifelong benefits of both cardiovascular exercise (i.e. treadmill, bicycle, elliptical
training) and weight lifting because they are either novices or intimidated by the gym environment. We will work with you to make
sure that you are comfortable in your surroundings and can work out in both a safe and effective manner.
